  • Video Editing Tools: Enhance and modify generated content
  • Credit-Based System: Purchase and use credits for video generation

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Credits and Payments

LumeReel operates on a credit-based system:

  • Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
  • Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan terms

4.2 Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe)
  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service
  • Prices are subject to change; we will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle

4.3 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Monthly credit allocations do not roll over to the next month unless specified

4.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are generally not provided for used credits or completed billing periods

5. User Content and Conduct

5.1 Your Content

"User Content" includes any images, text prompts, or other materials you upload to or create using the Service. You retain ownership of your original User Content, subject to the license granted below.

By uploading content, you grant LumeReel a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Process your content to provide the Service
  • Store and display your content within your account
  • Create derivative works (generated videos) based on your content

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload, create, or share content that:

  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Contains unauthorized images of identifiable individuals
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

5.4 Generated Content

Videos generated using LumeReel:

  • May be used for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms
  • Must comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights
  • Should not be represented as human-created content without disclosure where required by law
  • May not be used to create deepfakes, misinformation, or deceptive content

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 LumeReel's Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by LumeReel and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without written permission

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • LUMEREEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
